Water in Action Game

by Kym Chi

This interactive group design game helps us to learn different techniques for designing water systems.  It uses real life scenarios and challenges to guide learners in creating resilient designs that support in water catchment, treatment and storage in urban, suburban and rural settings and highlights over 20 techniques. Players can design using markers, paper, found objects or sculpture with materials provided by the instructor.

So grateful to Shaun Friesen of www.SoulFireDesign.com for his visionary support with the main design of the deck, Delvin Solkinson for his inspiration and soul level mentorship, and to the my teachers and mentors Bill Mollison, David Holmgren, Rosemary Morrow, Toby Hemenway, Robin Clayfield, Larry Santoyo, Michael Becker, Looby Macnamara, Scott Pittman, Geoff Lawton, Robyn Francis, Mark Lakeman, Patricia Michael, Starhawk, Bullock Brothers, Tom Ward, Jude Hobbs, Doug Bullock, Brad Lancaster for the source curriculum used in this game.
